Blanket Chest – Oak, Brown Oak & Cedar
‘Centrum II’ – ref. 1720
This beautiful blanket chest is made from hundreds of strips of brown oak that have been joined together to make our own in-house veneer. The interior has a discreet cedar lining to deter moths and has bespoke brass fixings with an engineered wooden catch for easy opening.
The chest has been specifically designed to stand at the foot of a double bed. The piece is a part of a larger bespoke fitted bedroom suite that has been designed for our client using our Murano veneers, which we feel complements this piece perfectly. The back and underside of the chest has been designed with a gentle curve, that stands on a scorched oak plinth.
