Our sincerest apologies
We would sincerely like to apologise for our recent oversight with our postal mail out of our Craftsman’s Chronicle newsletter. We unfortunately failed put enough postage on our letters and would like to apologise to everyone who has had to pay an additional fee. We did ask at the post office to check for the right postage, as we always do, and we were ill advised.
We are currently working on approaching everyone to ensure you are reimbursed.
