We understand that commissioning bespoke furniture is a considered process and one that often requires personal discussion. To help with this, Edward now offers scheduled one-to-one phone consultations, providing the perfect opportunity to explore your ideas, discuss your requirements and ask any initial questions.
Whether you already have a vision in mind or are at the very beginning of your journey, Edward will guide you through the options and explain the bespoke process. It’s a relaxed and informal first step, and there’s no obligation to proceed.
When are consultations available?
To offer flexibility for clients with full-time schedules, we offer out-of-hours consultation slots at the following times:
Monday to Friday: 5pm – 8pm
Saturday and Sunday: 12pm – 2pm
Book your consultation
Simply complete the consultation request form and include your preferred date and time. You’ll receive confirmation via email once your slot is approved. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours’ notice when requesting a consultation. Edward will confirm your appointment by email.
