Family Tree memory box

The Family Tree memory box is made using our own in-house Murano veneers, made in either olive ash, elm or walnut with dark fumed oak ‘rings’. The curved pattern suggests the growth rings of a tree with the contrasting smooth end-grain texture representing bark.

The concept behind the keepsake box is to represent the generations of your family by subtly marking their dates of birth, by calculating and inserting contrasting ‘rings’ emanating from the core. Once you have placed your order, we will be in touch to discuss how to incorporate your own unique family tree pattern.

The textured end of the box takes its inspiration from traditional Hakone marquetry and Tunbridge ware, the texture is created from a miniaturised pattern of end grain.

You can order the box with a classic hinged lid, a swivel lid that pivots from one corner or with a swivel lid and layer where the shallow upper tray also pivots to reveal a deeper second tray.
